Sharing the secrets of authentic Oaxacan cuisine since 2014

At Quinta Brava, we welcome you to a culinary experience at our family’s small farm (quinta). We have a tranquil oasis 15 minutes from the center of Oaxaca City. For the day, YOU will help design the menu and be involved in every step of the cooking process: picking ingredients in the garden, shopping at the local market, preparing the dishes, and of course, enjoying the food in a 100% hands on workshop
